Product or Service: Orange Money is a money transfer and mobile payment service of the Orange Group, offered in several African countries (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Mali, Madagascar, Morocco) with over 30,000 withdrawal points in Africa.
Orange Money is an innovative mean of payment by cell phone allowing Orange customers to carry out financial transactions such as:
- Money deposit and withdrawal
- National and International Money transfer
- Bill payment (water, electricity, telephone ...)
- Purchase of credit and Orange Pass
Problématique : with the approach of the EID EL KEBIR festival, Orange Money has set up a new offer in order to increase the number of registrations and money transfers of the service, to increase its customer base through a relevant offer but also to multiply the current figures.
Solution : to increase the number of activations and to make the offer known to a large targeted audience. I-Can Services set up an online and offline action plan with a relevant communication regarding a game-contest.
